Kvinnherad Elektro AS has today acquired 51% ownership in Vassnes Solutions AS. The acquisition of ownership makes us stronger together in an ever more demanding market.
The company will consist as it is today but it gives us new opportunities in heat pumps, marine, offshore, tunnel and installation.
CEO of Kvinnherad Elektro AS, Knut Johannes Helvik, says in a comment that, he looks at Vassnes Solutions as a strategically important partner and that we now can coordinate the resources in the fight for new and bigger projects both in the offshore, marine and transport sectors.
General Manager in Vassnes Solutions, Helge Vassnes, says that he is very happy to get a solid player as Kvinnherad Elektro on the team and that they are optimistic about the opportunities which lies in the market ahead.
